We are open for business during the Pandemic

Dear friends and clients, we are living in unusual times. In light of Corona virus concerns, we regretfully are cancelling our Easter Celebration on April 11, 2020 in order to comply with the social distancing recommendations of the health authorities and to do our part to protect our clients from potential exposure to the virus

We want you all to know that our team is in good health and we are still open for business. We are still serving our clients and will be happy to help you with your real estate needs while at the same time taking all necessary steps to follow the recommendations of the Provincial and Federal Health authorities to proactively protect our clients, while still meeting their real estate needs. We are very fortunate in that in many parts of our business we are already employing technology to deal with our clients and other realtors remotely. This will allow us to seamlessly facilitate the ‘social distancing’ recommended by the health authorities while still serving the needs of clients. When in person meetings are required we are taking all possible measures to protect ourselves and our clients thereby mitigating any risk of transmission. We are not yet certain what effect the current situation will have on market sentiment (if any) or how long it will persist but we are hopeful that the mortgage rate relief will help to mitigate potential negative impacts but we will be monitoring the situation closely and will be happy to discuss it with you.
